Guest Speaker: Elsa Dimitriadis, ARCH – Acadiana Regional Coalition on Homlessess & Housing. Website: www.archacadiana.org. Arch services an 8 parish region. Currently there are 1,200 students in LPSS that are homeless. They offer services to apply for disability because they are homeless and do not have an address to receive mail.

On motion from Bruce, seconded by Rose, the minutes of meeting held 3/17/2025 were approved.

1. Michelle sent the Shining Light Meeting notice to members via email with a link to add to calendars for reminders. Board members have option to RSVP to the meeting notice.

2. Carolyn will ask Julie to update the Shining Light Foundation letterhead.

Grade 2 – Abel Simmons - $75.00
