On motion from Bruce, seconded by Mike, the minutes of meeting held 10/11/2022 were approved.

A motion to approve Treasurer’s report was made by Sandra and seconded by Mike.

Renee Moreau is interested in becoming a Shining Light Board member.

The board unanimously approved the applications received in December as follows:
