On motion of Cynthia, seconded by Rose, the minutes of meeting held on Tuesday, September 13, 2022 were approved.

Treasurer’s Report as of 9/30/2022

A motion to approve Treasurer’s report was made by Sandra and seconded by Cheryl.

New Business

New credit cards to replace expired cards for Shining Light were issued to Bruce and Cynthia.

Carolyn has not received any price increase notice from Prof Erny for musical instrument rentals.

There will be no November board meeting.  If there are any applications, we can vote by email,

The Christmas Social for the Shining Light Board members will be held on December 20, at Carolyn and Mike’s home.  She will send a reminder.

Old Business:

Cheryl confirmed that the fax number for sending Shining Light applications is 337-534-4421.
