MINUTES of MEETING HELD: Tuesday, April 13, 2021 at 6:00 pm

On motion from Cheryl, seconded by Cynthia, the minutes of the meeting held Tuesday, March 9, 2021 were approved.

Treasurer’s Report

Balance:  $12,515.38

Scholarships: $2,550.00; Expenses: $329.33; Donations: $755.45; Interest: $00.93; Escrow: $375.00;  Invested: $79,288.38

New Business

Pacific Life Partnership Grant - we did not receive the grant.

Rosa’s Angels - we received a thank you note for the $250.00 donation.

School starts in mid August and Cynthia will check with the school board on making a presentation.  She will check whether brochures or if an email is preferred for the counselors and teachers.  

The Shining Light Board will not meet in May, June, and July.  If any requests are received, we will communicate via email.
