On motion of Bruce, seconded by Mike, the minutes of meeting held on Tuesday, January 12, 2021 were approved. 

Treasurer’s Report

Present balance: $12,760.06: investments $$75,562; Escrow $375.00 

YTD: expenses: $329.33 Scholarships $2,300.00; Donations $$750; Interest $.72

.Investments: Franklin fund (original investment $20k approved March 2016) on Feb 9, 2021 is $23,481)

Vanguard fund (original investment $20k Nov. 2017 & investment of $10k May 2019) Feb. $40,934.

New Business 

Cynthia- provided update on plans for all students to return to classes.

Meeting adjourned at 6:50 pm.
