On motion of Bruce, seconded by Perry, the minutes of meeting held on Tuesday, October 13, 2020 were approved.

New Business

1. Donation of piano and flute to Shining Light Foundation- Board discussed and approved donation of piano to local musician, a senior citizen, handicapped. Expense of moving it ($300) would come from Special Projects funds, and a donor will reimburse Shining Light for that amount.

2. Donation of flute to a school – Cynthia identified a school that needs it but donor cannot locate flute at this time

3. Recommendation of support for Boys and Girls Club- John suggested supporting this organization because they provide assistance to students for after school hours and homework. John and Maureen (his wife) will get information.
