On motion of Bruce, seconded by Perry, the minutes of meeting held on Tuesday, September 15, 2020 were approved. 

Treasurer’s Report

The fiscal year started on August 1, 2020.

Present balance: $14,513.58: investments $64,452.85; Escrow $375.00 

YTD Expenses: $125.00; Scholarships $0; Donations $0; Interest $00.25

The $125.00 was for the annual fee charge for the account at Live Oak

The annual fee for Ring Central will be over $200.00 to receive faxes from the schools.

Investments are in the Franklin Income Fund and in the Vanguard FTSE Social Index Fund.

Old Business – School opening

Cynthia has attempted several times to make contact with Jennifer Gardner at the Lafayette Parish School Board. Some of the schools were closed yesterday and today due to Hurricane Delta damages. Some schools are without electricity. Cynthia will continue to try and contact Jennifer and also reach out to Mr. Aguillard.
