MINUTES OF MEETING HELD December 10. 2019 at 6:00PM

On motion Bruce and seconded by Cheryl, Minutes of the meeting held November 12, 2019 were approved by all.

Treasurer’s Report 

We have a balance of $20,363.26.  Escrow $375.00.  Invested $61,272.77.  Scholarship $2991.25.  Expenses $375.20.  Donations $500.00.  Interest $10.94.

New Business

Bruce is no longer maintaining our website via GO DADDY.  He is maintaining and hosting Shining Light Website via his personal site.

All at meeting approved of his actions.

Shining Light approved reimbursing Bruce from Special Projects for $191 for his expenses related to SPARK Acadiana.

John requested funds to support a fund raiser for Allen Zeno.  The dollar amount of $200 was proposed by Bruce, seconded by Mike and approved unanimously.
