MINUTES OF MEETING HELD: Tuesday, November 12, 2019 at 6:00 pm

On motion of Bruce, seconded by Cheryl, minutes of the meeting held October 1, 2019 we’re approved.

Treasurer’s Report

We have a balance of $20,602.50. Escrow $375.00. Invested $59,826.68. Scholarship $2,791.25. Expenses $334.56. Donations $500.00. Interest $9.54.

New Business

Cynthia Dauphin is to meet with the principals on November 19.

June Brillhart filed the Shining Light Foundation Form 990N. The next due date is 7/31/2020.

Dr Carolyn French field the Annual Report with the Louisiana Secretary of State on line and the fee was paid.

Meeting adjourned at 6:30 pm.

Next meeting will be held on Tuesday, December 10, 2019 at 6:00 pm at 203 Waterside Drive, Lafayette, LA. NOTE: Per Carolyn, this is a tentative date.
