On motion of Bruce, seconded by Lana, Minutes of Meeting held Monday, October 8, 2018 approved.

Treasurer’s Report
Present balance: $29,054.00
Received today: Moncus Family Fund Foundation $3,800.00
Joe was thanked for the work he did to secure the Moncus Family Fund Foundation grant for which we had never applied in the past.

Executive Director’s Report
Budget report discussed
Secretary of State annual report to be handled by June Brillhart
Report due on the Moncus Family Foundation grant on September 30, 2019.

New Business
No applications

Our Christmas party will be held on Wednesday, December 12, 2018 at 6:00 pm at Carolyn and Mike’s home, 203 Waterside Drive, Lafayette.

Supporters and family are invited. Bring a gift (if you have one) for the dirty Santa exchange.

If there are any applications for student assistance, please email the requests to John and Carolyn so that those applications may be handled prior to the party.
