On motion of Bruce, seconded by Joe, Minutes of Meeting held on Tuesday, September 11, 2018 approved.

Treasurer’s Report
Present balance: $29,488.04
Donations: Janice Roane $50.00

Executive Director’s Report
Budget submitted and approved with the provision that the expense for musical instruments is already higher than previously anticipated
Joe has applied for the James Devin Moncus Family Foundation grant.

On motion of John, seconded by Bruce, all requests approved.

A vote was called for and it was agreed that the next meeting will be at Carolyn and Mike’s home at 203 Waterside Drive, Lafayette, LA. On Tuesday, November 13, at 6:00 pm.
