MINUTES OF MEETING HELD: Tuesday, July 10, 2018 at 6:00 pm

On motion of Bruce, seconded by Sandra, Minutes of Meeting held Tuesday, June 12, 2018 approved.

Treasurer’s Report
Present balance: $30,869.83; investments $43,580.00
Donations: Janice Roane 6-5-18 $50.00; 7-5-18 $50.00; UBS matching gifts program $150.00; Community Foundation of Acadiana giving day fund $82.30

Executive Director’s Report
Financial Report for the fiscal year.
Budget for fiscal year 2018-2019.
On motion of Mike, seconded by Cynthia, budget approved.

New Business
Hayley notified us that she had called Prof Erny and the price schedule for instruments and accessories remains the same.

Next Bash will be on Tuesday, April 23, 2018. The $500.00 deposit has been paid to Vermillionville.

Cynthia will contact band directors and will check on when the counselors’ and principals’ meeting will be held.

Joe will print more brochures for Cynthia to hand out at the meetings.

Misty and Cynthia will be in charge of AOC announcements and appearances.

Meeting adjourned at 6:50 pm.

Next meeting will be held on Tuesday, August 14, 2018 at 6:00 pm at 203 Waterside Drive.
