On motion of John, seconded by Cynthia, all requests approved.

Bash
John has a number of bands lined up for the Bash
He will give Hayley a list to put on the posters which are being donated.
John will invite one of the band members to be at Vermilionville on Friday, April 13, for the TV spot.

T-Shirts were voted on and T-Shirt #3 won.

Assignments:
Front Door: 5:00 - 6:00 - Cheryl and Sandra
6:00 - 7:00 - Perry and Bruce
7:00 - 8:00 - Joe and Mike
8:00 - 9:00 -Mike and Kerry

Carolyn will send an invitation to Kris and Patricia.

It was agreed that the meeting for April 11 is not needed and is cancelled.

Meeting adjourned at 7:00.

Next meeting will be held on Tuesday, May 1, 2018 at 6:00 pm at 203 Waterside Drive.
