On motion of Cynthia, seconded by John, Minutes of Meeting held January 10, 2018 approved.

Treasurer’s Report
Present balance: $24,956.97; Invested $43,580.00
Donations: Janice Roane 1-6-18 $50.00; Janice Roane 12-19-17 $50.00
Expenses: Troy for Bodemiller the Printer $10.63

On motion of Bruce, seconded by Sandra, that we pay for a hosting account for $100.00 for GoDady, approved.

Executive Director’s Report
Year to date budget report submitted.

St. Landry Parish Committee renamed Special Projects Committee.

New Business
Applications
Special request from Southwest Elementary School in Opelousas for 150 students for bus transportation to special Black History Month exhibit at the Opelousas Museum at a cost of $134.31. On motion of June, seconded by Kerry, to approve the application to be funded out of the Special Projects Fund, granted.

Request from Prairie Elementary School for field trip to Children’s Museum in amount of $9.00
for Brayden Goodrum.
On motion of John, seconded by Cynthia, request approved.

Cynthia advised that the Community Foundation of Acadiana Giving Date is set for May 10, 2018.
