Old Business
John again renewed his request that we should consider having some kind of get-together for the musicians who gave their time and talents at the Bash.  John will look into a possible date for such an event to be held at his residence.

Grant applications:   Joe has not received a response from Gannett, Pinhook Foundation, or Junior League

John presented to the board the article on musician Wayne Singleton, who donates his time for the Shining Light Fundraiser.  Wayne is a school bus driver who saw a need for the school children that didn't have shoes, socks or jackets.  The board unanimously approved a $200 donation towards this effort.

Other options for fundraising were discussed.  We previously participated in the Giving Back through Grub Burger.  Cheryl had mentioned that the All Seasons Saturday fund raiser seemed to be more successful.   Carolyn will call All Seasons to check availability for the Fall, and another date in the Spring.

Jill also mentioned Charity Cases/Piano Bar located behind CVS.  They select two non-profits each month for donations.  Carolyn will research.

Meeting adjourned at 7:15 pm
