Treasurer’s
Report
Present balance: $28,533.21
Donations:
Janice Roane $50.00. Junior League of Lafayette grant
$2,500.00. Expenses: copies $9.41.
Executive
Director Report:
We did not get the Pinhook Foundation grant
submitted September 23.
Director submitted the Ambrose Monell
Foundation application for grant on October 31.
Application for
WalMart Foundation grant is due December 31 and we will request
$2,500.00.
Acadiana Center for the Arts offers a grant for
funding cultural activities in the region and that application is due
in the spring of 2017.
It was agreed that we should pursue the
Costco Wholesale grant.
It was suggested that we look at
Tipitinas Foundation regarding grants they give for advancement of
music in Louisiana.

members who have volunteered on each as follows:
