Vermilionville to discuss the food and the cost.

Tony to see if he plans to help with the T-shirts this year.
Posters
- Hayley will get the posters printed and will get 35 copies of the
Newsletter printed.
Hayley will also check on t-shirt
prices.
Bruce will have the tickets printed before the next
meeting.
Perry will help get sponsors.
John will get a
definite list of the bands that will participate.
Troy suggested
that we consider having a 50/50 raffle at the Bash and it was agreed
that we will. Troy and Joe will run the raffle.
