Treasurer’s Report
Present balance: $34,711.53
Donations received today: Janice Roane $100.00; Community Foundation of Acadiana on behalf of Berard Memorial Music Fund for music education $200.00.
Funds for Bash: Betty Sonnier $10.00; John Broussard $60.00 for T-shirts; Hayley LeJeune $60.00.

Suggestions regarding Bash:
Mike and John will talk with Millicent at Vermilionville about the number of meals served as they ran out of food.  We had strict control of the tickets and 221 tickets were taken in.  We paid for 300 meals.

T-shirts - we have the following t-shirts remaining: 6 small; 5 medium, and 7 extra large.
No decision was made about selling the remaining shirts on our website.

It was agreed that John will reserve Tuesday, April 19, 2016 at Vermilionville for the next Bash.

It was further agreed that the price of tickets be raised to $20.00 each.

It appears that we will clear about $4,000.00 after expenses but a final reconciliation will be made later.

Mike recommended and all agreed that some sort of public acknowledgment either by ad in The Times of Acadiana or on television should be made directed to the musicians who donated their time and talents.

Meeting adjourned at 7:30 pm.

Next meeting will be Tuesday, June 2, 2015 at 6:00 pm.
