Special Meeting held to discuss Zydeco/Cajun Bash.
Donations received this date: Janice Roane $100.00; Albertson’s Community Partners Program $62.06.
Plans
for Fundraiser
Posters and flyers were discussed.
Hayley will try to get the posters printed at the UPS Store that
provided the posters last year. She will send the template to
Bruce to see if he can make the necessary changes to the template.
Bruce will research printing the flyers.
We agreed to decline
the offer from Hulco to print the posters and flyers.
Food: We agreed that we should order 300 meals. Mike will contact Vermilionville.
T-Shirts: John suggested, and it was agreed, that we give t-shirts to the bands. Carolyn will order 25 additional shirts: 10XX; 10 XL; and 5 small for any children participating with the bands.
