Rebecca Doucet, representing the Acadiana Symphony Conservatory, gave a slide presentation on the Do Re Me Program for Pre-K students ages 4 and 5 at Truman Early Childhood Center and other schools.

Bash
The
tickets will be reprinted as they have the wrong date on them.
Sandra will be distributing the tickets to members, collecting the checks for the tickets and keeping a list of those that pay.
Carolyn
and Bruce went to AOC to speak on television about the fundraiser and
will go again
soon.
It was agreed that the LUS banner
will not be ordered and used this year.
John
will meet with Chubby Carrier and try to get a list of the bands who
will perform at the Bash.
We need about 300 brochures printed.
