Don Ennis was welcomed and agreed to serve on the
Bash Committee with Kerry and John.
On motion of John, seconded by Perry, Minutes of Meeting held December 2, 2014 approved.
Treasurer’s
Report
Present balance: $27,504.27
Donations received
George and Janice Roane $100.00, George and Janice Roane $50.00;
Albertsons Community Partners $70.54. Funds to be dispersed:
$62.00 U.S. Postal Service.
Bruce will manage our Special Project
funds received.

Business
No applications received.
John is having problems
with his fax machine. Bruce suggested using a commercial fax
service such has Green Central for approximately $100.00 per year,
still using John’s telephone number. Motion to subscribe
to the service approved. Bruce will immediately make this connection
for us.
Re:
Community Reinvestment Act
Carolyn prepared a letter to the
banks and will e-mail it to members to be taken to the banks together
with brochures explaining our mission.
John will call on American
Trust and Iberia Bank.
Perry will call on Mid-South; and Cynthia
will call on Chase.
Re:
Bash
Mike proposed that by our February meeting we have the
design for the t-shirts nailed down.
Carolyn will send reminders
to Julie, Heather and Cynthia regarding the bids for
t-shirts.
Special Meeting
Monday, January
27, 2015 at 6:00 pm - UBS Office - Kerry, John, Julie, Heather,
Cynthia
And any others who wish to attend � meet to
select 3 optional designs to be voted on at the February 3rd
meeting.
Kerry proposed that we meet every 2 weeks beginning with
the February 3rd meeting but nothing was decided on that. Kerry
also suggested we look into cost of key chains to give out.
