MINUTES OF MEETING HELD: Monday, April 14, 2014 at 6:00 pm

Special meeting held to discuss upcoming fundraising event.

Who can be there at 4:00 pm: Carolyn, Mike,
Cynthia, Kerry, Lana, Mildred
Food
and music start at 6:00 pm
Kerry has 2 volunteers who will give
dance lessons 5:00 to 6:00 pm and John will give lessons at 5:30.
Mike has increased food order to 250 plates.
Cynthia will pick
up t-shirts and give them to us on Wednesday. We can just put
them on then.
Mike will cut the newly printed extra tickets and
surrogate business cards slips for drawings.
Mike and Carolyn will
secure the money taken in at the door.
Mike says there should be 4
people at the door.
The envelopes for friends to be given
complimentary tickets will be at the door, and it would be a good
idea to put the envelopes in alphabetical order.
Mike and Kerry
will bring hole punch and tickets MUST be punched at the door and the
recipient given a food ticket.
Mike will have name tags for Board
Members, but not for volunteers. Volunteers will however have
t-shirts and complimentary tickets.
We will sell extra t-shirts
for $15.00 each.
We will sell Lynn August CD’s @ $20.00
each, with the proceeds going as a donation by Lynn August.
Jude has secured several gift cards as door prizes and is still working on that, per Hayley.
Hayley gave 6 pairs of tickets to Station KTDY for public service announcements.
An Assisted Living Home was given permission to purchase 9 tickets at a charge of only $10 per person.
There
will be a wrap-up meeting held on Monday, April 21, 2014 at 6:00
pm at the UBS office.
The purpose of the wrap-up meeting is to
turn in any unsold tickets, turn in any monies received, and
tabulating all monies received and spent.
