from Myrtle Place Elementary School for 3 students for 2 different
field trips, 1 on April 7 and 1 on April 9, as follows: Zoo $11.00
each, movie $11.00 each, library $6.00 each; Vermilionville $8.00
each, Total $25.00 each student:

The teacher advised there will be 2 additional applications to be faxed to Carolyn before the field trips.
On motion of Bruce, seconded by Sandra, all requests approved.
Update
on Project Zydeco-Cajun Bash
Carolyn will appear on
Channel 3 on April 2 and on Channel 10 on April 9. Others may
join her if they would like to.
Cynthia will contact the supplier regarding the T-shirt color, changing from royal blue, to navy or black, preferably navy.
Bruce
had the tickets printed and some were distributed to members for
sale. Sandra will keep track of tickets and ticket sales.
Tony will buy 10 tickets to be given away by John on his radio
program.
Hayley volunteered to distribute flyers advertising the
Bash.
Jude and Hayley will contact various printed news media to
have info regarding the Bash in the various publications, such as The
Times of Acadiana, Independent, UL Newspaper.
Jude will put a
notice on Facebook Spark of Acadiana.
Jude will look for donations
for door prizes.
