Suggestion was made to start selling tickets 30 days
prior to our fund raising event.

Annual Shining Light Foundation Bash 2014
Bruce will set up Pay Pal on our website.
Mike will pay for 20 T-shirts. Discussion was held whether to have sponsors names printed on the backs of the shirts. Shirts must be ordered 2 weeks prior to the event.
John has contacted a number of entertainers and those interested are Curly Taylor, Chubby Carriere, Corey Ledet, and L’l Wayne, who offered to set up equipment for us. He plans to contact others and will have 3 or 4 names to put on the tickets by March 1.
Next Special Planning Meeting will be held Monday, February 17, 2014 at 6:00 pm at the UBS office.
Next regular meeting will be held Tuesday, February 25, 2014 at 6:00 pm at the UBS office.
