Treasurer’s Report
Present balance: $18,744.85
Donations received: Janice Roane 12-3-13 $100.00; Janice Roane 1-7-14 $100.00; Albertson’s Community Partners $52.30; Louise Mitchell in memory of Mary Maxine Caldwell $50.00

Old Business
Carolyn filed our 2012 Form 990-N with the IRS via e-mail on December 17, 2013.
Carolyn submitted our required Grant Recipient Reporting Form to the Junior League of Lafayette on December 15, 2013.    Next reporting date to Junior League is March 15, 2014.

New Business
Plans were discussed for a Cajun/Zydeco Concert to benefit Shining Light to be held at Vermilionville. 
John said he had checked with Vermilionville and after Mardi Gras would be the best time.  He will talk to various bands to find out when they would be available.

A special planning meeting was scheduled for Tuesday, January 28, but was subsequently changed via e-mail to Monday, January 27, 2014 at 6:00 pm at the UBS Office.
