Business
The father of student Ameyon Francis who was granted
an award for a clarinet package at the October meeting was a little
confused regarding the procedure for getting the instrument for his
son. He now knows he must go to Prof Erny’s to pay the
deposit and sign the lease agreement for the instrument.
Band Instructor Buddy Van Wick was welcomed and discussion was held regarding bands and needs at various schools.

preparing the Newsletter. Anyone who has items or pictures for
the Newsletter should contact Julie or Cynthia soon.
Meeting adjourned at 6:35 pm.
Next meeting was scheduled for Tuesday, December 10, but was subsequently changed to Monday, December 9, 2013 at 5:00 pm at Carolyn and Mike’s home, 203 Waterside, for a Christmas Party
