On motion of Sandra, seconded by Bruce, Minutes of Meeting held July 10 approved.
Treasurer’s
Report
Present balance: $22,011.03
It was agreed that we
should deposit $10,000 in a 1 year CD.
Donation received today:
Janice, George, Patrick and Josie Roane $100.00

Business
Michelle will contact Prof Erny, David, and Glory to
attempt to settle our bill. She will offer as much a 75% of our
estimated outstanding balance.
Bruce
will convert the Form 990 on the IRS website to pdf form so we may
print it.
He will also print 100 brochures for Cynthia and Lana to
take to the Counselors Meetings.
Meeting adjourned at 6:25 pm.
