Report
Present balance: $24,915.13
Donation received:
George and Janice Roane $50.00
Prof Erny's computer has crashed
and we have not received bills for 2009 or 2010 school years.
We have set aside $1,149.03 for 2009 instruments approved and
$3,044.50 for 2010 instruments approved but are waiting for
confirmation that the students actually picked up their instruments.

Business
Michelle has e-mailed application forms to the
elementary school counselors and John had informed her that he had
sent application forms to the band directors.
Carolyn and Sandra will stay late after the meeting today to work on the Pugh Grant Application.
New
Business
Carolyn, Cynthia, and Bruce will try to attend the
meetings of counselors and of principals scheduled as
follows:
August 25 - Meet at Vermillion Conference Center
8:30 and 12:30 for Counselors;
August 31 - Meet with
Principals 9:00 - Lafayette Parish School Board Conference Room
Meeting adjourned at 6:30 pm.
Next meeting will be held on Wednesday, September 7, 2011, 5:30 pm at the UBS Office, 1021 E. St. Mary.
