At the meeting on April 4, 2011 discussion was held
regarding the requests by Christie Sharon with Sylvan Learning Center
on behalf of 2 students and she was encouraged to ask the students’
teachers or counselors to submit applications on the Shining Light
Application Forms. Those formal requests are now made for
scholarships for:

awards approved tentatively if the tutoring goes through the summer.
Requests
from Prairie Elementary which were also discussed at the April 4,
2011 meeting for published books written by 4th and 5th graders which
