On motion of Bruce, seconded by Cynthia, Minutes of Meeting
held February 7, 2011 approved.

Business
.Christy Sharon with Sylvan Learning Center was
contacted via conference call during the meeting to discuss 2
children who had come to her attention: 12 year old Montraven
Fuselier, a fifth grader and sister 8 year old sister Kentrel Lewis,
a second grader. The mother, Tiffany Lewis, had contacted
Sylvan Learning Center. Both children are in need of special
tutoring. The children attend J. Wallace James Elementary
School. Sylvan is requesting $500 to get the children some
tutoring. .Christy Sharon will submit written applications for
these students.
Cynthia will make some inquiries to see if there
is any help at school for these children and the matter will be
considered at our next meeting.
