It was agreed that
the checks from United Way and Steinmart be deposited into our
endowment account.

motion of Cynthia, seconded by Bruce, all awards approved on
condition we confirm that the students from Boadmoor and Duson did
attend the field trips on October 19 and October 25 and these funds
are to replace funds paid by the teachers, and award for request from
Carencro Heights approved on condition that the parent pays 25% on
the lease of the instrument.
Carolyn will contact Broadmoor and
Duson for confirmation, and Cynthia will contact Carencro for
confirmation.

The price list for musical instruments has been
updated on the web-site.
