motion of John, seconded by Sandra, Lana Swanwick named to the Board
of Directors.
Lana has previously accepted chairmanship of
Hospitality.
The Grant Committee met and prepared applications for grants from Community Foundation of Acadiana Donor Sense Grant Competition which was filed via the internet requesting $5,000, and the Junior League of Lafayette competition requesting $7,000, which Lana will deliver to the Junior League Office tomorrow.
The Grant Committee will meet Thursday, October 15, to prepare the application for grant from Community Foundation of Acadiana Pugh Family Fund which is due November 15, requesting $5,000.
Cynthia will represent our organization at the Community Foundation Nonprofit Seminar on Tuesday, November 16 from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm at the Foundation Office on Camellia Blvd.
