MINUTES OF MEETING HELD: Monday, August 2, 2010 at 5:30 pm

On motion of Cynthia, seconded by Mike, Minutes of Meeting held July 12, 2010 approved.
No Treasurer’s Report was available.
Received check today from George and Janice Roane in the amount of $30.

Cynthia reported there will be a meeting of school
counselors on Thursday, August 26, time and place to be ascertained.
Carolyn and Cynthia will attend.
(Subsequent to the meeting
it was learned that the counselors meeting will be divided into two
meetings that day, one at 10:30 am and one at 12:30 pm. and Hayley
has advised she will attend both meetings and Michelle has advised
she will attend the 12:30 pm meeting.)
The meeting of principals
will be held on August 31. Carolyn and Mike plan to attend.
The application for Gannett Foundation grant is due. The rest of the meeting was spent preparing and completing the application. Cynthia will deliver the completed application to The Advertiser.
Meeting adjourned at 6:50 pm.
Next meeting will be held Monday, August 30, 2010 at 5:30 pm at the UBS Office, 1021 E. St. Mary.
