On motion of Bruce it was suggested that the money
we receive from United Way be deposited in the Endowment Fund.
It is our goal that we will allow the Endowment Fund to grow, but if
it becomes needed, we will be able to withdraw whatever is needed.
Bruce’s name will be added to the checking account and the Endowment Fund account, and checks will be ordered requiring 2 signatures.

Business
It was agreed that Shining Light can handle the funds
for special projects approved by the Board as a pass-through but not
within our guidelines, such as donations received at a fund raiser
for Juvenile Day Reporting.
