Treasurer’s Report
Present balance: $24,632.56
Donations received: The Florence Mauboules Charitable Trust (Kenneth Privat) $250;
   George and Janice Roane in name of Ripley “Patrick” Roane $30.00
   Albertson’s Community Partners Program $44.88
On motion of Bruce it was suggested that the money we receive from United Way be deposited in the Endowment Fund.  It is our goal that we will allow the Endowment Fund to grow, but if it becomes needed, we will be able to withdraw whatever is needed.

Bruce’s name will be added to the checking account and the Endowment Fund account, and checks will be ordered requiring 2 signatures.

New Business
It was agreed that Shining Light can handle the funds for special projects approved by the Board as a pass-through but not within our guidelines, such as donations received at a fund raiser for Juvenile Day Reporting.
