Request from Prairie Elementary for Normalynn Collins for field trip to NASA for $70.00 on April 24 was discussed.  Since the same field trip for other students from different schools have been funded for $42 the cost of this trip seemed a little out of proportion to the Board.  It was agreed that John will call the teacher and explain these concerns.  If the student can go on the field trip for the same amount students from other schools are paying, it was agreed by the Board to grant $42 for this field trip.

Meeting adjourned at 6:45 pm.

Next meeting was scheduled for Monday, May 4, but is RESCHEDULED for Monday, May 11, 2009 at the UBS Office.
