MINUTES OF MEETING HELD: Monday, January 5, 2009 at 5:30 pm

On motion of John, seconded by Bruce, Minutes of Meeting held December 1, 2008 approved.

Treasurer’s Report
Present balance $17,496.55
Donation received from George and Janice Roane $50.

On motion of Bruce, seconded by Cynthia, the Shining Light Foundation account at Smith Barney will be transferred to UBS Financial Services and householded with Carolyn and Mike’s account to avoid fees.  Motion approved.

Old Business
Nothing new on the website.
Bruce with check the website to see if information is current.
Our beautiful Newsletter is ready to be mailed.  Sandra and Mildred will mail out the Newsletters.  Julie will send a thank you letter to Copy n Camera who furnished us free copies.
