MINUTES OF MEETING HELD: Monday, November 3, 2008 at 5:30 pm

On motion of John, seconded by Julie, Minutes of Meeting held October 13, 2008 approved.

Treasurer's Report

Present balance, adjusted for forthcoming bill from Prof Erny's, $17,859.87

Scholarships awarded $4510.10.

Donations this month: Pauline Garzotto $50.00

George and Janice Roane in honor of Julian Roane $50

Expenses: $5.00 to Secretary of State, annual fee

Old Business

The website is the same address but is improved and more stable.

Julie is working on the newsletter and needs any information that Board Members want included.
