MINUTES OF MEETING HELD: Monday, July 28, 2008 at 5:30 pm

On motion of Mike, seconded by Bruce, Minutes of Meeting held on May 12, 2008 approved.

Treasurer’s Report
Present Balance: $21,243.35
Donation: George and Janice Roane in honor of Patrick Roane $30.00
It was agreed that we should place $10,000 in a certificate of deposit.
The letter from Chevron to be signed by Carolyn was received, signed, and has been faxed to Chevron.

Old Business
New information has been added to our website.
No update on the newsletter.  Anyone having information for the newsletter should send it to Julie.

New Business
Michelle is sending out the revised Applications.  Bruce will get 60 additional brochures for her to include.
Cynthia brought copies of the Lafayette Parish School System calendar for us.
