On motion of Julie, seconded by Cynthia, Minutes of Meeting held Monday, December 3, 2007 approved.

Michelle reported that she had faxed Larry Erny’s son, David, the price list furnished us at the beginning of the school year and they had agreed that the present balance owed by Shining Light is $2,921.25 which reflects $24.75 for Kyle Nelson, Prairie Elementary, for accessories.  On motion of Michelle, seconded by Mike, $2,921.25 approved.  Check issued this date.

On motion of Mike, seconded by Julie, Bruce Snow named Treasurer.

Photo was taken to send to Gannett in appreciation of grant received.

New Applications
Request from Evangeline Elementary for Isiah Faulk for $15 for Instructional Fee.  Michelle will call the counselor to find out what this fee is for.
