On motion of Julie, seconded by Mike, Minutes of Special Meeting held August 28, 2007 approved.

Treasurer’s Report
After deducting the cost of instruments for which obligation has been made, balance is $14,927.89
Donation received today: Carolyn French $40.00.

It was agreed by all present to let Alice Boucher Elementary School use the alto saxophone which Julie donated.
