MINUTES OF
MEETING HELD: Monday, June 4, 2007 at 5:30 pm

The Minutes of the general meeting held May 7, 2007 were approved.
We received a
donation from George & Janice Roane for $25.00.
Old Business
Bruce has updated website with the new forms. The pictures taken at the counselors and band director
appreciation meeting will be held until the next newsletter. Bruce contacted the School Board
office to attempt to get a link of the Shining Light Foundation website. He is waiting response from their I.T.
office.
New Business
Mike will
contact Robert to verify documents were revised on number of board
members. John will contact the
golf pros to get a list of future golf tournaments. John will check on the date for the counselor’s meeting
prior to the school year and present applications. Sandra will research information on applying for a grant
from the Stuller Foundation.
Bruce will send a mass fax in August as a reminder to the schools with
the new fax number.
Received musical
instrument application from Alicia Washington – Gallet Elementary. $25.00 for trombone mouthpiece and $50
for a cleaning kit. The parents
have paid $20.00. Per
Michelle, our agreement with Prof Erny’s is $15.00 for a cleaning kit. Motion was made by John and seconded by
Mike to approve $30.00. John will
get with the parents before a payment is made.
