· Received 13 applications from 4 teachers at J. W. Faulk Elementary School for a field trip that includes a visit to Picante's Restaurant. Total cost per application is $10. Discussed and decided to table until John visited the school on October 15th and validated the requests. Once validated John would contact Ruth, who would poll the available Board members to determine if a consensus agreed with granting the scholarships. This all happened, and a complete report will be provided in next month's meeting minutes.
