Request from Woodvale Elementary
School for field trip to see Henry and Madge, based on a book, at a
cost of $10.50 including bus and admission for:

from Broadmoor Elementary School for field trip to Vermilionville and
Jean LaFitte Center on November 18, 2011 at $15.50 and Christmas
caroling at nursing home including bus and lunch on December 19, 2011
at $15.00 for:

seconded by Mike, above requests granted.
Request
from Prairie Elementary School for classroom fees for daily
activities in class in the amount of $25.00 for Paviel
Derousselle.
Discussion was held regarding this request as it is
outside the scope of our guidelines. Due to a special donation
being made for this specific purpose, the request is awarded but with
a letter of caution to the Counselor that this is an exception to the
rules.
